Popular questions
Can you just update or fix my existing website?
I'll use your current website to understand your clinic. However, I don’t patch old code or restyle slow templates. To guarantee the speed and clean architecture required to rank well locally, every project is a complete custom rebuild from the ground up.
What are Astro, Sanity, and React?
They are the three tools behind every Ispas Studio build.
- Astro is what builds the pages, and when used properly, it is what gives the near instant page loading times.
- Sanity is the content system behind the site. You use it to update text, images, services, team members, or anything else without touching code.
- React is used selectively for interactive features like filters, booking widgets, or search, without slowing the rest of the site down.
Are builders like Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress bad?
No. They work well for quick launches, simple brochure sites, or teams that want to drag and drop layouts themselves.
I don't use them because I want to build the best possible version of a site for each client. That means hand-coded projects, where performance holds up as the site grows, and a content structure that fits how the business actually works.
How long does a typical website take?
Estimate for a clinic website:
- rebuild: 2 weeks
- redesign: 3 weeks
- custom: scoped individually
I don't rush projects to hit the shortest deadline possible. I take the time to fine-tune design, performance, and structure until I'm happy with the result, and you are too. Timelines also depend on content readiness, revision rounds, and current workload. The exact schedule is confirmed during kickoff.
What are the founding client prices?
Founding client rates are lower starting prices I offer to a limited set of early projects. You get the same build quality, just at a lower entry point while the studio is getting started. These rates will go up after the founding period.
Who owns the website?
You do, fully. The domain, hosting account, Sanity account, analytics, and any other important accounts are created in your name and email. You own the code, the content, and the infrastructure.
If you ever want to move on, everything is yours.
How does communication work during the project?
We start with a kickoff call to align on scope, expectations, and timeline. Email is used for updates and deliverables, and calls are always an option when something needs to be discussed or explained in more detail.
You always know where the project stands and what's coming next.
